Good and filling. Friendly place. Sit at the counter to watch the chef get a real workout frying up the rice.

Hanton rice, the Kanazawa take on omurice. Get the one with fish, it’s amazing. If you don’t like ketchup you won’t like this maybe, but if you do, I think it will really hit the spot. Atmosphere is really low key and casual. But the dish was great.

市内有数の創業60年を超える老舗洋食店昔から味が変わらず美味しい大衆食堂の洋食特化版のような感じで現在のファミレスのに近い品ぞろえとなっており価格も安いハントンライスライスが有名でテレビ番組・雑誌でも何度も取り上げられており、壁に芸能人のサイン色紙が所せましと貼ってあるこのハントンライスはボリュームがあり普通のサイズで量が大盛ぐらいなので大盛りを頼むとかなりの量になる休日の昼どきには観光客などで行列ができていることが多いので時間がない方は早めに行くか14時以降に行くか(日中の営業時間は15時まで)など昼どきを外した方がいいかもしれない

This shop is quite popular with everyone as I can observe that there are many people queue here. The primary food of this shop is ハントンライス (Hunton Rice) which is fried rice on top of an omelet, shrimps, and fish with Tartar and Ketchup. Somehow it is delicious, but afterward, it is greasy.

Portions are huge and the food is tasty. If you're looking for the local favorite, hanton rice, this is the place you want to come. The dining hall feels like a big living room in their home and it adds to the homely feel and taste of the food.

Let me remind you, this is home made cuisine, so don't judge their ketchup fried rice, it's what our traditional food taste like.

Great staff. Went out of their way to speak English and explain the menu. Great food.

金沢のソールフードと言われるエビハントライスに挑戦！オムライスにエビフライがのったやつ！！！あとケチャップの他に白いマヨネーズのソースみたいなのがかかってます！初めてだったので150円増の大盛りにしましたが、シンプルにご飯が多いだけ！普通盛りにしておけばよかった！エビフライが大盛りになるやつがあると嬉しい！あとはハンバーグ定食をたのみましたが、セットでついてきたスープ美味しかったです！雰囲気は昔ながらの洋食屋さんという感じで味があります。オープンの11時過ごす過ぎにはおそらく観光客ぽい人たちがまーまー入っていました。

Very very friendly owners and staff. So cute. But the food is covered in mayonnaise, which many Japanese like. However, I do not.

The food was okay, but a bit overrated. I'm also not a big fan of ketchup and rice though.

Huge portion Hanton rice.

Local good old diner. Hanton rice is signature plate. Omelette with tuna cutlet with special source. everyday a lot of people visit.

How a omelette-rice should taste like! Every bite is moist and the pork chop is very tender. I usually eat a lot and even the small portion is giving me food coma!

Hanton rice was not worth the hype. :-＜ the rice is soaked with ketchup and then has more ketchup and tartar sauce(??) on top of the egg. everything tasted a bit stale and was quite a bummer. the big portion was appreciated but other than that not recommended.

Surprisingly delicious ! A family style in a humble place but the omelette rice and sandwiches are super good!

Normal
